- Burnt Hedge is a favorite tone wood for many folks. It is snappy, but still very full tone-wise. It is considered to be an “American Exotic” to guys like us, who make calls.
- Cocobolo is a Central American Rosewood family member. Cocobolo tends to have a bit of low-end punch, in addition to great clarity and volume. Because it is a tropical forest wood, it is getting harder to find, and more expensive, in the quality that we demand for our calls.
